All clear. The outage has been resolved and Fernand is fully operational again.

The root cause was an unexpected server restart initiated by our cloud provider during electrical maintenance in the datacenter. One internal service responsible for database connectivity wasn't configured to restart automatically after a host reboot, preventing the application from reconnecting to the database.

We've updated the service configuration so it now starts automatically after any future server reboot (even if host initiated), preventing this issue from happening again.

Our app is currently unavailable. Connecting to app.getfernand.com or fernand.app resolves to the "Loading..." screen, but never fetches conversations. We're currently investigating.
